With over 25 years of experience in litigation support and operations, Aleamia Roberts leads and supports the firm’s legal support operations, training, staffing, and firm-wide process improvement. She focuses on driving collaboration, efficiency and consistency across all phases of litigation.

Aleamia is proud to have been a part of BBG since its grassroots start. Her extensive background as a Case Manager and Senior Litigation Paralegal on complex construction and toxic tort matters drives her hands-on approach to building sustainable and scalable processes, developing talent, and integrating technology to drive efficiency and excellence.
