Karen Anderson

Karen has worked in numerous industries and brings over 15 years of Human Resources experience and joins BBG as the Human Resources Manager. Karen has a breadth of experience throughout Human Resources including strategic and progressive HR and looks forward to continuing to build on the company’s outstanding culture. Karen brings substantial experience in employee benefits, 401k administration, multi-state payroll administration, performance management, compensation, recruiting/onboarding, and HR system implementations/conversions. Karen prides herself in striving for employee satisfaction paired with management goals and company vision. Karen maintains both the PHR and SHRM-CP human resources certifications and is a member of Mile High SHRM. Karen is originally from the midwest, but Colorado has been home for 15 years. Karen grew up in her family construction business.
