Jennifer Griess is the Business Manager at BBG Construction Law, where she has helped build and scale the firm’s financial and business operations since its early days. As the firm’s first administrative hire, she has grown alongside the organization for the past eight years, leading budgeting, financial reporting, systems, and process improvements for the firm. With more than 20 years of experience in legal and tax environments—including a background in estate, business, and tax planning—Jennifer brings a practical, detail-driven approach to financial strategy and problem-solving.
