Joe Craig is a construction disputes lawyer with experience representing contractors, developers, and owners in complex construction disputes. His practice includes construction litigation and arbitration involving contract interpretation, defect and delay claims, and expert driven technical evidence.
Before joining BBG, Joe practiced with a global law firm in the Middle East, representing international clients in high-value construction disputes across Europe and the Gulf region. He has experience in matters involving tunneling, geotechnical design, motorway construction, concrete durability, and major EPC projects. Joe has been directly involved in all stages of international proceedings including preparing written submissions to formal hearings, and quantum matters.
Joe combines legal precision with commercial insight gained from founding and selling a start-up. He approaches disputes with a practical and strategic mindset aimed and achieving efficient, result-driven outcomes.
Joe earned his J.D. and Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law, home to the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He is admitted to practice in California.
