Josh Deibert

Josh supports the litigation practice at BBG Construction Law, leveraging his extensive industry experience to guide clients through complex legal challenges in the construction sector.

Josh earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Following graduation, he spent over five years with a large general contractor, where he managed commercial construction projects across all phases—from pre-construction planning to project closeout. His past projects include range in value from $500,000 to $95 million, spanning sectors such as K–12 education, higher education, healthcare, aviation, and manufacturing.

After gaining substantial field experience, Josh pursued a legal career and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During law school, he completed two semesters with BBG Construction Law, deepening his expertise in construction law and reinforcing his commitment to serving clients in the industry.
