Karen Anderson

With more than 15 years of experience in HR roles, Karen Anderson serves as the Human Resources Manager for BBG, where she leads firmwide HR operations in close partnership with leadership. She oversees HR operations, compliance, and internal programs that support firm goals while ensuring alignment with Federal and State employment requirements and internal processes.

Karen supports the team through talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and professional development initiatives designed to strengthen capabilities and support the firm’s continued growth. She is committed to aligning employee experience with leadership priorities and BBG’s core values, and she champions culture and engagement efforts that foster a collaborative, high‑performance workplace.

Karen holds both the PHR and SHRM‑CP certifications and is an active member of Mile High SHRM and Mile High ALA.

Originally from the Midwest, she has called Colorado home for nearly two decades and grew up around job sites in her family’s construction business.
