Lacey L. Shirley

Lacey Shirley’s legal career began after spending 15 years as a stay-at-home mom raising her three daughters.  She first gained experience in complex commercial litigation at a boutique oil and gas firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There, Lacey cut her teeth on complex commercial litigation where she managed case filings, coordinated legal tasks, and handled e-discovery.  Since then, Lacey has developed a diverse litigation background, working at an environmental law firm, running her own solo practice, and serving as of-counsel in a plaintiff’s firm managing construction cases. Most recently, she was the primary litigator in a small firm in rural Arkansas.

Lacey’s practice is based on developing strong client relationships to best understand their needs while tenaciously pursuing the best outcome for them. Lacey views the practice of law as a customer service role and focuses on serving clients from a pragmatic and practical perspective, meeting them where they are, and providing strong advocacy and client education at the same time.
