Paige Hardle

Paige is a member of BBG’s transactional team, focusing on construction and corporate law.    She helps clients in the construction industry navigate the intricacies of complex contracts, project delivery, and growth strategies.  Prior to joining BBG, Paige practiced mergers and acquisitions and brings extensive experience advising clients on all stages of the business cycle, with an emphasis on strategic growth and managing risk through effective contracting.  Paige also brings with her significant corporate law experience, including entity formation and governance, as well as general business advising.

Before law school, Paige worked for a multinational corporation in finance and accounting, giving her a practical business perspective that informs her legal counsel. In her legal practice, she strives to deliver advice that combines sound legal analysis with strong business judgment.

Outside of the office, Paige and her husband enjoy golfing, traveling, and lounging with their English bulldog.
