Veronica (Roni) Vogt

Roni brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to the firm. Prior to attending law school, Roni spent five years as a petroleum reservoir engineer, gaining valuable industry experience in both Texas and Colorado. Her work primarily centered around optimizing oil and gas field performance, overseeing large-scale capital development projects, and managing complex project workflows. During this time, she became well-versed in navigating intricate regulatory permitting processes, fine-tuning construction schedules, and evaluating capital project economics. This unique blend of hands-on engineering and project management experience forms the foundation of her legal approach. Combining her technical acumen with a meticulous eye for detail, Roni is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to her clients.

Roni holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, complemented by a minor in Geological Engineering. She later earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, during which she successfully completed a Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law.
