Wes Osborn

Wes Osborn is a construction litigator with first-chair experience across trials, injunctions, arbitrations, and mediations. Wes has experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in construction matters. His practice spans state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in several jurisdictions. He has taken and defended dozens of depositions, prepared expert witnesses, and led strategy in complex construction and surety disputes. He also has substantial appellate experience, drafting appellate and mandamus briefs, error preservation at trial, and co-authoring briefing in over ten published opinions in Texas courts of appeals. Wes is licensed to practice in Texas and his admission to the Colorado Bar is pending.
