Zack Davis is a Colorado construction attorney who supports the litigation and dispute resolution practice at BBG Construction Law. His interest in the construction industry began long before law school. Growing up, Zack was surrounded by family members who worked in construction and developed an appreciation for the industry at an early age. Some of his favorite memories are driving with his grandfather as he pointed to roads, buildings, and other projects he had helped construct. Those experiences fostered a lasting respect for the people who build our communities and inspired Zack to pursue a career serving the construction industry.
Zack earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law while concurrently earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation. During law school, he served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and gained valuable industry experience as an in-house law clerk for one of the nation’s largest residential homebuilders. In that role, he assisted with matters involving real estate development, land acquisition, title review, due diligence, zoning issues, and residential construction projects. He also represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service through the University of Denver’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
Drawing on both his legal training and lifelong connection to the construction industry, Zack works closely with clients to develop practical, business-oriented solutions that align with their objectives while helping them efficiently resolve disputes and keep projects moving forward.
