Charles (Chuck) Ledbetter brings over thirty years of diverse construction law experience to the table. He has represented clients on all sides of the construction industry from developers and general contractors to subcontractors, design professionals, and material suppliers. For over a decade Chuck litigated several high-profile cases involving the construction of several of Denver International Airport’s runways and concourse aprons. Chuck moved to Arizona in 2014  after the large downtown Denver law firm, where he was a partner for over twenty years, dissolved. Chuck also has expertise in construction insurance coverage issues having worked for a major insurance carrier as in-house counsel for over five years after moving to Arizona.

Chuck is a graduate of the University of Denver where he earned his Bachelors, Masters, and Juris Doctorate degrees. Before that, Chuck served in the U.S. Air Force where he was a technical instructor. He is licensed in both Arizona and Colorado.
