Henry Bangert and Michael Cowan, J.D. led a discussion for the ABA Forum on Construction Law last month on current trends in risk allocation between design-builders and their lead designers, including the increasing allocation of risk from project owners/developers onto design-build teams and how this added risk affects design-builders and their lead designers.

Buck Beltzer provided testimony on behalf of the AGC to the Colorado legislature on HB23-1192.

BBG’s David Frommell was recently added to the AGC Colorado Board.
